A two-time survivor of life-threatening disease, and a woman who has lived through bankruptcy-not only financially but physically, psychologically, and spiritually, I know what it is to be bankrupt in every way. I have risen above these circumstances; my passion now is to give other people the courage to do the same.

I have been a physically fit, successful, positive, driven young woman. I have been a speaker on health and well-being issues for the past 20 years. The willingness to show who I am has allowed me the opportunity to speak to people all over the United States, to meet with Muhammad Ali, the Prime Minister of Israel, President Reagan, and prominent ministers and civic leaders.
